When you join the Vipanchika Grandhasala,
you agree to the following rules:

• To get/request PDF Books online
  • Complete the online Registration Form provided on this site.
  • All users are requested to fill the address with district, state, country and pin code.
  • email validation is mandatory so ensure to enter a valid email id only.
  • After email validation, pay the Membership Fee, online or by other means mentioned on the site.
  • On realization of the payment, the membership will get activated automatically.
  • A valid Member can request for a maximum of 10 PDF books every month.
  • Requested PDF Books will be sent to the registered email id of the member with in 24 hours.
  • The Admin of the site has the right to cancel anyone's membership, if found a valid reason to cancel.
  • No refund will be given if the membership gets cancelled before the Membership period expires.
• To take books physically from the MELBOURNE Library.
  • Only valid members are allowed to take books from the Vipanchika Grandhasala, Melbourne
  • To become a member, one must submit a valid identity proof while registering with the Library.
  • Every member is responsible for all items borrowed on his/her card or any card held by their children or dependents under the age of 18.
  • Applicants under the age of 18 years old should get their membership form signed by his/her parent or guardian to act as guarantor and the guarantor should accept the responsibility for books borrowed physically from MELBOURNE Library.
  • Books will be issued only after showing the identity card.
  • Inform change of address promptly.
  • If you lose your library card, please inform us immediately to block it to avoid any misuse.
  • A small fee will be charged to issue a new identity card.
  • Return or renew all borrowed books on or before the due date to avoid any late fee charges.
  • Cost of damaged /lost books will be collected from the borrower.
  • The librarian has the right to cancel the membership of any member immediately, if the member is violating the library rules and regulations.
